We were one of the first in the region - we work with the most modern machines and the most experienced colleagues. The end result of our work is an uncompromising, brand-new looking alloy wheel that is at least as good as the factory quality.
THIS IS HOW IT WORKS
The process is as follows: if there is rubber on the rims, we remove them, then check the straightness of the rims. If necessary, we straighten them, then thoroughly clean them chemically. We ensure the adhesion of the new varnish layer with a special procedure, and we repair any defects, and we clean the screw holes and hub surfaces separately. After that, we create a CNC program for the rim machining, and we start the diamond-head machining on a special purpose machine. This happens in several steps, and depending on the shape and design, the turning can even be done from several angles. Once the desired result has been achieved, several secret steps are taken to make the surface perfect, shiny, and free of burrs. This is followed by a thorough and mirror-smooth varnishing, which touches every surface, both outside and inside. And the result speaks for itself...
