The diamond cut technology is characterized by a mirror-like, machine-turned front surface, which is often complemented by a contrasting background color (such as black, gray or graphite).
Refurbishing such rims requires special attention. Here is the detailed process:

1:
Rim condition assessment
Our specialist will examine the condition of the rim (scratches, dents, oxidation, structural damage).
2:
Removing the tire (if necessary)
Remove the tire from the rim, if it is still on. Remove the valves and centering weights.

3:
Turning (diamond cutting)
The front surface of the rim is machined on a CNC lathe to create a mirror-smooth, shiny, concentric pattern. This step gives the diamond cut rim its unique look.
3:
Reinstalling the tire (optional)
The rubber can be put back on the rim and the wheel is ready for use.
